Can I see a sample first?
Yes, we will provide you with up to 3 samples for a cost of £6. This charge will be deducted from any subsequent order you make with us. Please complete the sample request form and forward any payment by post.

Is there a minimum order?
No, we make to order which means you can order as little or as much as your like.

Is there an additional charge for having a design made up in my Wedding colours?
No, we are happy to provide any of our designs in a coordinating colour scheme at no additional cost.

Will you make up cards to my own design?
If you have a particular design in mind, please contact us to discuss your ideas.

How do I pay?
For payment, please send a cheque made payable to paperLantern and crossed with A/C Payee only to:

Do not send cash by post.

If you would prefer to pay by Credit or Debit card, we can accept payment via our payment provider PayPal. If you require this service, please contact us and we will send you an electronic invoice requesting payment via PayPal.

I have placed my order, what happens now?
On receipt of your order and deposit, we will send you an information pack. This will include:

• A proof of your customised design for approval.
• Information on available fonts and other personalisation options available to you.
• An action plan explaining what happens next, along with expected delivery dates.

Once you have checked and approved the proof we send you, we ask you to send them back to us, along with the remaining balance. We will then proceed to manufacture. We aim to deliver your order within 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of your balance and final proofs.

I need Wedding stationery in less than the minimum 4 weeks, can I make an express order?
We will do our best to accommodate you. Any express orders will depend on our order books at time of ordering. Please contact us to discuss your needs. There may be an additional charge depending on your requirement.

Will you print out guest names on the invitations?
Yes, this service costs an additional 35 pence per item.

Will you print out guest names on placecards and favour tags?
Yes, this service costs an additional 35 pence per item.
